Wholesale Policy

SHIPPING POLICY
- All export orders are quoted and shipped F.O.B., Port of Casablanca, Morocco

- Orders of less than 100 KGS can be sent by Air Carrier.
 
- Orders of 100 kg or greater are sent by sea freight unless instructed otherwise. Orders sent by sea freight require documentation such as: Commercial invoice, Bill of lading and other customs documentation. We provide this documentation regardless of whether the product is exempt customs duties and taxes in your country. We pack 20 and 40 feet containers that leave from the Port of Casablanca. Turn around time for FOB shipments is 60 to 120 days. Rush orders can be Air Freight.

PRICES & PAYMENT TERMS
- Wholesale Prices are available for existing and registered resellers only and are subject to change without notice. Please register in our website if you haven’t already done so.
 
- All orders are either prepaid, bank draft or sent COD
- SWIFT and Wire Transfers

- To qualify for wholesale discounts, the minimum order should include 12 pieces from each product (or totalize a $1000 value); however, we give you an incentive to buy directly from the website for a minimum of $500 regardless of the quantity. In other words, you can buy a piece from different products from the web site and meet the $500 minimum and qualify for a discount.
 
- A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to complete a firm order.
- The remaining balance of the total cost is required before release of the merchandise.
 
CUSTOMS
- Duties, Taxes, Customs, & Surcharges: International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and tax charges, that may exist in their country, and which do vary from country to country.
 
PACKAGING, SHIPPING, & INSURANCE
Moorish Treasures guarantees adequate packing and shipping. Shipping insurance is available at customer's request.
 
DEFAULTS
If for any reason a customer cannot take possession of an ordered container once it has reached its destination, then the customer shall be held responsible for all costs and charges incurred.
